Description: In the hills of soave the vine-grower, gino magnabosco, together with his family, carry on this very passion that traditions have handed down. Intense scent, dry taste and fresh are characteristics of monte tondo's wines that are difficult to forget.
Tasting: Ruby red color. The nose is intense and persistent, with hints of berries. cherry and violet, with a light spicy note at the base. In the mouth it is intense and persistent, with a well balanced softness and freshness.
Winemaking: The malolactic fermentation is naturally done in stainless steel and the wine is then aged in barriques and tonneaux for atleast 6 months, after bottling, it remains aging for at least 4 months before being released for consumption.
Pairing: Suitable with great roasts, braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
