Winemaking: The vineyards are located in areas with very acceptable slopes on monte foscarino, made up of soils of basalt origin. From the newly conceived vineyards, which provide better exposure to the sun and the microclimate.
Tasting notes: Yellow color with golden reflections. To the smell it is very fine with scents of ripe exotic fruit, hints of white pepper, vanilla and with a persistent mineral note. In the mouth it is very delicate and balanced, a full and enveloping taste and with a good minerality.
Pairing: Excellent with nourishing first courses and grilled meats.
