Description: Les Larmes de Rabaud are a modern vision of French sweet wines, which harmoniously combines taste pleasure and lightness.

This wine is the result of careful observation of the grape and artisanal production. Rabaud's tears reflect French know-how in sweet wines.

Production is carried out in dedicated plots, patience and observation are the most important factors to obtain the best grapes. We wait for the very beginning of the botrytization process (natural phenomenon of concentration of sugars in the grape) to harvest the most aromatic bunches, golden in color. The harvest is done by hand at the beginning of September.

Tasting notes: These grapes are vinified with the aim of preserving their freshness and aromatic brilliance. The remarkable intensity is characterized by notes of fresh citrus fruits, floral notes, white peach and lychee.

Pairing: As an aperitif with savory tapas or a salmon tart; as a starter with asparagus; or for dessert with a rhubarb tart, madeleines, macaroons.

Alcohol: 12%
