Tasting note: This wine very intense and gives the characteristics of yellow muscat. The aromas of ripe grapes, peaches, honeysuckle mixed in the air, like a spring flowering meadow. Spicy, cheerful, light semi sweet wine, succulent white peaches and some elder flowers.

Description: The wines of the Pajzos product family are made from the premium crop of the Pajzos and Megyer vineyards in Sárospatak, Bodogolasz. Our winery makes these wines in a reductive version in accordance with the traditions of Tokaj, with careful viticultural and oenological work, barrel maturation, and in accordance with modern winemaking methods.

Pairing: Perfect with anything grilled and asian dishes such as sour chicken.
