Tasting notes: Great varietal definition and beautiful balance mark this out as benchmark Pinot Noir. The proximity to the see adds an almost savory, briny note to the sweet, wild strawberry laced fruit character. Bright and juicy yet silky and smooth.

Pairing: A very versatile wine that pairs with anything from salmon to duck.  

Vineyards: The coastal vineyards are located 5 km from the ocean, where morning mists refresh the vines during summer. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and a 4-day cold maceration prior to fermentation is carried out to extract the more delicate Pinot characters. 6 months aging in French oak barrels adds complexity, spicy notes, and texture to the wine.
