Main Characteristics: Raspberry, Cranberry, Wild Strawberry

Tasting note: This pinot shows berry fruit like raspberry, wild strawberry, redcurrant and cranberry and some definite territary aromas from bottle age. On the palate the acidity is well balanced with the red berry fruit. The tannins are light and well integrated on the mature finish.

Pairing: Ideal with game meat and steamed fish hot pot. Also pairs well with cured meats such as Serano ham and chorizo
