Vineyards: The 160 hectares of vineyard are located in the commune of Galgon, going up to the hills of Fronsac. Its terroir of clay and limestone is perfect for the predominent Merlot, blended with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting notes: Château Jalousie Beaulieu is a classic Bordeaux wine with an elegant nose of red fruits and delicate spiciness. It has a great concentration on the palate, with soft and velvety tannins that support the intense flavours with a graceful texture.

Pairing: An excellent pairing for cold cuts, terrines, hard cheeses and pâté. It also goes well with roasted lamb, beef and venison.
